1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WindowFlow website, software, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. WindowFlow Services

WindowFlow provides business software and related tools for window treatment professionals, including scheduling, installation workflow, job coordination, team communication, and customer-service features. Features and availability may vary by plan and may change as the Services evolve.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid features may require a subscription or other payment. Prices, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, and any applicable trial or cancellation terms will be presented when you select a plan. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due. Taxes may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Among other things, you may not:

• Use the Services in violation of applicable law or another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the Services
• Use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law or a written agreement with WindowFlow

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to the Services. You grant WindowFlow the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide your content and data to WindowFlow.

7. Intellectual Property

WindowFlow and its licensors own the Services, including the software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials provided by us. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended business purpose; they do not transfer ownership of any WindowFlow intellectual property.

8. SMS Messaging

WindowFlow users may separately and voluntarily opt in to recurring transactional and operational text messages from inside an authenticated account. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

The WindowFlow messaging program is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. Our public SMS Consent Flow documents the in-app enrollment experience.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may interoperate with third-party products or link to third-party websites. WindowFlow does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." WindowFlow disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business requirement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WindowFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any applicable subscription terms. WindowFlow may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a material violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our Services or legal obligations change. The "Last Updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
