Program Description

WindowFlow ("we," "us," or "our") operates the WindowFlow Messaging program to send recurring transactional and operational communications to customers and authorized users who explicitly opt in from inside their authenticated WindowFlow account. Messages may include account notifications, scheduling confirmations and reminders, installation updates, job status alerts, team coordination and dispatch notifications, service announcements, and customer support responses.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from WindowFlow at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to Opt In

SMS enrollment is available only from inside an authenticated WindowFlow account. To opt in, an authorized user:

1. Signs in to their WindowFlow account and opens messaging preferences.
2. Provides or confirms the mobile number they are authorized to use.
3. Reviews the complete SMS disclosure and separately checks the optional, unchecked SMS consent box.
4. Saves the messaging preference.

The SMS checkbox is not preselected and is separate from required account terms. A user may leave it unchecked and continue using WindowFlow. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity, scheduled installations, and interactions with the WindowFlow platform. You may receive messages related to:

• Scheduling confirmations and reminders
• Installation job updates and status changes
• Team coordination and dispatch notifications
• Account alerts and service announcements
• Responses to customer support inquiries

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and rate plan. WindowFlow does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from WindowFlow at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After we receive your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number.

You may also opt out by contacting us directly at contact@windowflowapp.com and requesting removal of your number from our messaging list.

To re-subscribe, sign in to your WindowFlow account and complete the optional SMS opt-in flow again.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, lead generation, or promotional use.

We may use service providers solely to deliver and support WindowFlow Messaging. Those providers may process mobile information only as needed to perform services for WindowFlow and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported Carriers

WindowFlow Messaging is intended for supported US wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is subject to carrier network availability.

Changes to These Terms

WindowFlow reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
